Programs to promote health and wellbeing * goal is to help participants learn new information and skills to apply to their own lives Mind and Body Calming Strategies - 6-week group program providing an introduction to mindfulness and how to apply it to changes in stress levels and mood Breakfast Club - Weekly drop-in program with breakfast, coffee and tea, and conversation Stitch 'n' Chat - Weekly in-person/virtual social and knitting/sewing group for women (Re)Discovering Your Body's Wisdom - 6-week program led by a registered dietitian and counsellor * promotes healthy relationships with food and sustainable lifestyle choices Cooking - Education on nutrition and healthy food choices * sessions may vary by recipe or topic Live Well, Be Well - 6-week program to learn new skills to promote wellbeing |
