Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Medically stable older adults 65 years and older who live in Wellington Terrace or designated neighbourhood area * must demonstrate a need for daily access to personal support services * must be able to communicate and direct own care or have a substitute decision-maker/live-in caregiver to direct care
