Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People 16 years and older experiencing a mental health crisis, who do not require inpatient admission * must be in stable physical health and able to take care of own basic physical and personal needs * must be able to administer own medications
Application: Call * accepts referrals from physicians and social service and mental health agencies
