Description of Services: Programs are available to help people meet basic needs and participate in the community, including supports for recent immigrants:

Peer-to-Peer Groups and Conversation Circles - Recent immigrants meet together for mutual support, and conversation circles are available for those looking to further their English skills

Settlement Services and ESL - Staff assists in filling out paper work, connecting families to community members and organizations like Immigrant Working Centre to support them in the early stages of their lives in Hamilton

Tax Clinics - Volunteer tax prepares work with people on low income to file their taxes during tax season

Library and Computer Lab - Free access to books and computers * classes available for people to learn new computer skills and access Internet resources

Sobi Bike - Free access to bicycles in a city bike-sharing program
