  • check-ups (scaling, fluoride, polishing)
  • repair of broken teeth and cavities
  • x-rays
  • removal of teeth or abnormal tissue (oral surgery)
  • anesthesia
  • treatment of infection and pain
  • treatment of gum conditions and diseases

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ontario residents 65 years and older * must meet following income requirements: annual net income of $25,000 or less for a single senior, or combined annual net income of $41,500 or less for a couple * must not have other form of dental benefits, including have no other form of dental benefits, apart from the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), including private insurance or dental coverage under another government program
