Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | People 16 years and older charged with a criminal offence who have a mental health issue/diagnosis, developmental delay, addictions/concurrent disorder, or an acquired brain injury * must agree to participate and demonstrate a commitment to comply with a Diversion Treatment Plan | ||
Application: | Call * accepts self-referrals and referrals from police, family, friends, duty or defense counsel, Crown Attorney, and other community agencies | ||
