Description of Services: Supports for people with a mental health concern who are in contact with the criminal justice system
  • case management
  • coordination of mental health services
  • help with social assistance and/or housing applications
  • referral to psychiatric care
  • referral to longer term support care

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People 16 years and older charged with a criminal offence who have a mental health issue/diagnosis, developmental delay, addictions/concurrent disorder, or an acquired brain injury * must agree to participate and demonstrate a commitment to comply with a Diversion Treatment Plan
Application: Call * accepts self-referrals and referrals from police, family, friends, duty or defense counsel, Crown Attorney, and other community agencies
