Description of Services: Parenting classes for families with children 16 years and younger

Baby Talk - Parents and babies under six months old meet weekly for four to five weeks to discuss baby issues in a group led by a public health nurses * participants share their experiences, talk about baby health and development, and learn about community resources

Baby's Sleep Classes - Helps parents of infants and toddlers address any problematic sleeping behaviour and establish a positive sleep environment

Triple P Parenting - Sessions for parents to manage problematic behaviour in their children

Child Nutrition - Helps parents encourage healthy eating habits in their children
