  • bathroom assistive devices
  • mobility aids
  • incontinence supplies
  • medical taxi transportation

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Ontario Works (OW) or Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) recipients * low-income families and adults who do not receive OW or ODSP benefits
Application: Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support (ODSP) recipients and low income families and adults who have an email address may apply online https://specialsupportsbenefits.hamilton.ca/ * OW and ODSP recipients can also be referred by their case manager
Low income residents and OW and ODSP recipients who do not have an email can apply using a paper application available online or by calling 905-546-2590
