Description of Services: Transportation to and from cancer-related medical appointments at designated hospitals or cancer centres * services provided by volunteer drivers

Fees: Annual registration fee * financial assistance available
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Must have a cancer diagnosis and be undergoing cancer treatment at a hospital or cancer centre, or have received treatment in the last 12 months and are attending follow-up appointments * patients must also be able to get in and out of the vehicle independently, or with the assistance of a Mandatory escort/caregiver * patients under the age of 18 must travel with a guardian/escort * a minimum of three business days notice is required when requesting rides
