Hess Street Residence - Rent-geared-to income supportive housing * minimal support

Community Support - Skills development support is provided for individuals with serious mental illness who live independently in the community

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: People 16 years and older with serious mental illness who do not require 24-hour support * must have a clinical support system * people with a history of drug or alcohol use must be involved in a recognized treatment program * must reside in the City of Hamilton
