Provides supportive housing and skills development to help people who use mental health services live independently in the community Bay Street Residence - Rent-geared-to-income supportive housing * a cooperative model for individuals who do not require 24-hour support Hess Street Residence - Rent-geared-to income supportive housing * minimal support Community Support - Skills development support is provided for individuals with serious mental illness who live independently in the community |
