VON Education Session: Atlas Care Mapping Thursday June 4, 2026, 1:30pm-3:30pm, in-person at Ancaster Library (300 Wilson St E, Hamilton) A CareMap is a simple, visual diagram of the people involved in providing care to a caregiver and care recipient, or the “ecosystem” of care. It includes family, friends and health care professionals who may provide assistance or support, however big or small. Learn the importance, and how to make your own in this interactive workshop!
