Join us each month as we engage in activities of self-care to promote positive brain health and meaningful connections. We welcome anyone who is looking to relax and have fun! Enjoy a fun and relaxing afternoon of painting, and enjoy some snacks, refreshments, and good company! Instructor Laurie will guide us through an interactive painting session, and you will be able to take home your masterpiece at the end. No experience required - all materials are provided. Wear clothes you may get paint on. Transportation available if needed.
