Join us each month as we engage in activities of self-care to promote positive brain health and meaningful connections. We welcome anyone who is looking to relax and have fun! Get creative with Niagara Pumphouse Arts Centre for hands-on holiday wreath making workshop.
Free and accessible parking available. Transportation available if needed. Space is limited. Registration may close early if capacity reached.
